Club Penguin has just released issue number 304 of the Club Penguin Times. It’s got lots of important articles that need reading. The most important one is one from the Director. He is trying to get new recruits for the EPF.

There is also a hidden message. To read it you have to click the EPF logo at the bottom of the Directors message.

1. Track Herbert’s location
2. Blast location with cold air (should put him into hibernation)
3. Infiltrate Herbert’s Lair
